1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jobbydealer.com and any purchase made through the Site. The Site is operated by Slidearama Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with a registered address at 11 Shudehill, Manchester, M4 2AF.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Age Verification

This Site sells adult material. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Slidearama. This is a legal requirement under UK law.

All customers are required to complete age verification before any order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where age verification cannot be completed.

By registering an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. What You Are Buying

Slidearama sells original photographic 35mm slides from the Galaxy Publications Image Bank. Each slide is an original physical item — not a copy, reprint or digital facsimile.

Copyright: The purchase of a slide does not transfer any copyright to the buyer. Slides are sold strictly as collector's items and historical artefacts. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit the images on the slides in any form.

Uniqueness: Each slide is a unique physical item. Once sold, a slide is no longer available. We cannot guarantee that any specific slide will remain available between the time you add it to your cart and the time your order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

Placing an order on Slidearama is a request to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you have received a payment invoice from us. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order where:

• A slide is no longer available at the time of processing
• The quantity ordered exceeds the stock available
• Age verification cannot be completed
• Payment is not received within a reasonable time

Where an order is adjusted due to stock availability, you will be invoiced only for the items we are able to supply.

5. Payment

We accept payment by PayPal invoice or bank transfer.

PayPal: We will send you a PayPal invoice for the agreed amount. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

Bank Transfer: Bank details will be provided with your order confirmation. Payment is due within 7 days. Please include your order reference number when making payment.

Orders where payment is not received within 7 days may be cancelled.

6. Postage & Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and worldwide.

• United Kingdom — Free postage on orders over £29. £2.80 on orders under £29.
• Europe — £12.65 per order
• Rest of World — £16.00 per order

Postage is charged once per order regardless of the number of slides ordered. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days of payment being confirmed.

7. Returns

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please contact us at slidearama@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Condition of Items

Our slides are original photographic slides from the 1960s to 2015. They are sold as vintage collector's items and may show signs of age, including minor dust, scratches or colour variation consistent with their age. Such conditions are not considered defects.

Any significant damage or defects will be noted in the item description where known.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, design and code, is the property of Slidearama Ltd and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slidearama Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of items. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
